Will I know the price before repairs begin?

Yes. I’ll assess the issue, explain the recommended repair and provide an upfront quote for your approval before repairs begin.

The initial assessment is $99 plus GST. This fee is waived if you accept the repair quote; otherwise, it remains payable.

If additional diagnostic work is needed, I’ll explain the price and get your approval before proceeding. Separately approved diagnostic charges remain payable whether or not you accept the repair quote.

Do you provide estimates for air conditioning installations?

Yes. For central air conditioning, ductless systems and replacements, I provide a written estimate outlining the work and price before the job begins. I’ll explain the recommended equipment and what’s included so you can make an informed decision.
