Yes. I’ll assess the issue, explain the recommended repair and provide an upfront quote for your approval before repairs begin. The initial assessment is $99 plus GST. This fee is waived if you accept the repair quote; otherwise, it remains payable. If additional diagnostic work is needed, I’ll explain the price and get your approval before proceeding. Separately approved diagnostic charges remain payable whether or not you accept the repair quote.

Yes. For gas lines, appliance connections and larger gas fitting projects, I provide a written estimate outlining the work and price before the job begins. I’ll explain what’s included and any permit or inspection requirements that apply to your project.
