Yes. I’ll assess the issue, explain the recommended repair and provide an upfront quote for your approval before repairs begin.

The initial assessment is $99 plus GST. This fee is waived if you accept the repair quote; otherwise, it remains payable.

If additional diagnostic work is needed, I’ll explain the price and get your approval before proceeding. Separately approved diagnostic charges remain payable whether or not you accept the repair quote.

Yes. For furnace replacements, boiler installations and larger heating projects, I provide a written estimate outlining the work and price before the job begins. I’ll explain the recommended equipment and what’s included so you can make an informed decision.
